Alienware is the series of laptops manufactured and marketed by DELL. DELL Alienware is complettly targeted for high-end graphics consumers such as interior designers who want to run 3DS Max, Maya, Auto CAD and Photoshop at the same time with equivalent processing speed. The series also target high-end game audience in Dubai / UAE.
As of 2011, Alienware is available in dell registered outlets such as Emax. Laptops are under Gitex offer as well for the month of October and dealers throws in gaming headphones and other such accessories for free on purchase of Alienware laptops.
There are two latest models that have been added in Alienware series by DELL and are available in Dubai / UAE market. These models are Alienware M14X and Alienware M18X, specifications for these laptops are as follows

Price Alienware in Dubai (mentioned above) updated as of October 2011 (during Gitex) is approx 6,800 AED to 15,000 AED (highest spec available in the market i.e. M18X)

Guys its available in Dubai MAll – Computer Care, however prices are very expensive compared to the ones available online.
sadly, alienware can’t ship out of U.S territories if ever buying online.
have you tried souq.com or alternatively you can try out aramex shop and ship (they give you US postal address from where Aramex picks up)

You can buy Alienware laptops (and desktops?) in Virgin stores such as in Dubai Mall and I believe Emirates Mall.
If you prefer to order from overseas, try using shopandship.com for delivery. You sign up and will get a US/UK/HK address. So when you order with Dell in America they deliver to this address, and then shopandship (Aramex) will bring it to your front door.
