The Dubai Police chief Dhahi Khalfan has issued a warning for all motorists to refrain from playing loud music in residential areas (such as jumeirah) or face getting their vehicles confiscated.
The police have been receiving a large number of complaints from residents in some residential areas , where drivers play loud music, even after midnight.
