Satwa District Overview:
Satwa is one of the many popular districts in Dubai famous for its close promity to Jumeirah and Sh. Zayed Road (Dubai Financial Hub). Al Satwa comprises of hundreds of shops dealing in all kinds of business from textile to carpets. Apart from shops Satwa is filled with many asian and western expats living in a Villa. Accomodation in Satwa is very cheap randing from few hundred dollars to maximum 3,000 $ per month. Most of the community in Satwa is filled with bachelors, while some families also prefer to live in the same area due to its strategic location.

Bur Dubai District Overview / Destination Information and History:
Bur Dubai district is one of the oldest district / area in Dubai. The location is very popular in Dubai and UAE due to its old heritage and the architect it carries. In mid 1980’s Bur Dubai started the Dubai water taxi concept and was the only way to connect between Deira District and Bur Dubai. The word “Bur†is an Arabic word meaning “Center / Mainlandâ€, Burdubai is home to many famous mosques such as grand mosque and many government departments are also located in Bur Dubai district.
Bur Dubai Attractions:
Being one of the oldest districts in Dubai, Dubai has lots of buildings that represents the old heritage of Dubai and at the same time represents the new modern life of Dubai. This district has large number of hotels in Dubai after Deira. One of the old areas in bur Dubai is Al Bastakiya which has house built in mid 1950’s – 80’s and targets large number of tourists on daily basis. (more…)

Jebel Ali is area located next to “New Dubai†which is covers the new developments such as Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers. However, this area has gained large popularity from foreign sector as well as local sector due the free zone created in it. This zone / development is known as Jebel Ali Free Zone or JAFZA in short. The term JAFZA is an acronym for Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority. Emphasis on the term “Free Zone†which suggests that the laws being applied in Dubai and the UAE with relation to implementation of taxes and operating of business in the Emirate of Dubai will be entirely different from the businesses operating in JAFZA. The authority or governing body that manages the Jebel Ali is known as Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority.

The Dubai Creek Park is located at the heart of the city along the bank of the Dubai Creek. Being one of the earliest parks in the Dubai community, the Creek Park have kept its fan base steady with flocks of families and singles of all ages and sizes visiting it every weekend.

Officially opening its doors to the public in October 1996, Wonderland Theme & Water Park was the initial theme and water available in the region. The park is divided into three segments that include the Water Park, the wonderland park in Dubai and the Arcade Section along with games for the less daring at heart.
The water park is mainly offers includes the large swimming pool, numerous daring Speed Slides, Twisters, Wave Runners, the relaxing Lazy River and the kiddy pool specifically built for the young and young at heart.
