If you are new in Dubai or planning to come to Dubai then visiting Dubai Festival Lights is a must.  Famous Ville de Lyon’s Festival of Lights has partnered with Dubai downtown developer Emaar for this festival. The event will start on 20th of March in Downtown Dubai and will end till 29th of march.
