Holidays announced for the UAE private sector – WARNING [BIG HOLIDAY]

Saqr Ghobash, the Minister of Labour, has issued a circular regarding the private sector holiday marking Martyrs’ Day, Monday, November 30 and celebrating the 44th UAE National Day which falls on Wednesday, December 2.

The minister stated that the holiday shall fall on December 2 and 3 for all employees working in private sector companies in the UAE.

The public sector will get three days paid holiday from December 1 to 3 and will resume work on Sunday December 6,2015.
