iphone 4S is the fifth generation smartphone by Apple launched in October  2011. As per the current news, iphone 4s is the “magical” iphone yet. iphone 4S will be available in the market by 14^th October  in following regions

1. United States of America
2. Canada
3. United Kingdom
4. France
5. Germany
6. Japan

The release date for iphone 4S in Dubai has not been decided and it’s assumed that iphone 4s will be available in UAE and other Middle East market in early 2012 (via telecom operators and their official store for Dubai and UAE). Keeping this in mind there is no way that apple’s iphone 4s will be available in Gitex Dubai 2011 however price for iphone 4 will fall drastically during Dubai Gitex shoppers 2011.

Features of iphone 4S: Some of the brilliant features for iphone 4s that distinguishes itself from previous generation iphones are

1. Voice Control (Siri)
   Siri is the new voice control system that understands what users are saying or trying to communicate to iphone and response accordingly. For example “What is the current Dubai weather” or “shall I bring umbrella for visiting Dubai” – Siri will analyze the voice and will deliver result on a screen as “The weather is sunny and will rise to 53 degrees today”.
2. Processor: iphone 4s has now dual core A5 processor
3. Memory Size: Storage size are 16 GB , 32 GB and newly added 64 GB
4. Display Screen Size: The resolution and screen size for iphone 4s in Dubai remains same
5. Camera: 8 Megapixel with HD video recording option
6. Others: 3G and 2G talktime has been improved compared to iphone 4 but standby time is lower than previous iphone series (200 hrs) ,iCloud Service are also available and AirPlay feature that will mirror your phone activities or play video movies over Apple TV
7. Operating System: iOS5

Price for iphone 4s:

The price for iphone 4s is not available however pre-order price for iphone 4s in available countries are from 199 $ to 399 $. (Information will be updated with Dubai / UAE price as soon as we get more information from Apple)

Update October 2011: Apple iphone 4s has been launched in Dubai (17th October 2011) and price for iphone 4s as of now is approx approx 4900 AED to 5,200 AED for 16 GB iphone 4s

Update November 2011: approx 3,400 AED for 16 GB Black iphone 4s
