IN DUBAI COMPLETE GUIDE FOR DUBAI CITY

We are just one week behind 2016 and everyone in Dubai is talking about where they would be spending their new year’s eve. In 2009, in-dubai.com very first article was about the events covering new year’s eve parties and fireworks display across the emirate and UAE.  This time as usual we are bringing in the lists of parties and fireworks that will be taking place on 00:00 2016.

New Year Fireworks Display 2016 / 2015 NYE:

There are three main events taking place for fireworks display. these are

1. Fireworks @ burj khalifa: The event will take place from 8:00 pm onwards in Dubai Mall Fountain area. The best place is to view the fireworks is Burj park, Dubai Mall Fountain area or Meydan to get the view of burj from far.
2. Fireworks in Atlantis Palm Jumeirah: Atlantis won’t stay behind to amaze us with dazzling fireworks this 2015 fall. The best place to view is actually to be outside of Palm jumeirah such as Dubai media city, Kite Beach, Black beach and Jumeirah Street or any of the bars such as Zero gravity / Embassy any bars / restaurants on top floors in Dubai Marina
3. Fireworks @ burj al arab: Though this is not confirmed but jumeirah group will also be hosting a fireworks show 2016 new year’s eve

NYE Parties, Concerts, Events in Dubai 2015:

1. Black Tie party in H-Hotel @ 40 Kong: This is the best place to view the fireworks of burj khalifa and traffic 🙂 The price is only 1600 AED per person
2. Zero Gravity:  Broke but still want to hit the bars and enjoy the fireworks then Zero gravity is your friend. The entry ticket is only 250 AED if you buy now, otherwise its going to cost 450 AED on the door
3. NYE @ Four Seasons Resort, JBR Dubai. The price is only 3000 AED for terrace and 2000 AED for restaurant per person.
4. Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club: Celio and QD’s both have various packages from 500 AED onwards. The venue will give a good view of burj khalifa fireworks as well as you won’t get traffic on the way back
5. Kitchen 6 @ JW Marriott – Sh Zayed road: 500 AED per person including hose beverages (only till 11:00 pm) then you go to top floor bars to enjoy the view / fireworks display and continue the booze party
6.  Gatsby Gala Dinner @ The Waldorf Astoria, The Palm: Welcome 2016 in typical dubai way thats right, wear a tuxedo or dress to impress and enjoy the food with amazing booze only for 675 AED onwards
7. Barasti party for new year’s eve 2015 / 16: DJ Jeff is playing and i am pretty much sure he is gona make it 90’s. Also, the early bird price is only 250 AED and 300 AED @ the gate – though i really doubt that you will be able to enter the place after 23:00 based on the popularity of the venue
8. Gulf Lawn: No, this is not for party lover but more of like a luxury family get together event for new year’s eve @ Ritz Carlton. Since its Ritz they are going to keep it classy by filtering out broke lads like me. The package starts from 2700 AED per person
9. Real Madrid Cafe Dubai: Special nye menu for only 200 AED per person. Best if you like football and a loner
10. Cirque le Soir @ The Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai: Seems like guestlist only, though its mentioned that entry is free – so i am not really sure about this. Do give them a call and best is to reserve a table to avoid moaning on why they have not let you in. PS: the music will be great @ Cirque le Soir
11. Purobeach UAE – Jebel Ali Golf Resort, Jebel Ali: 300 AED per person including 3 drink tokens. Away from the city – nice calm and quite

So basically there is a NYE party , dinner packages or events everywhere. Now there are couple of main events which will pop up on your facebook wall the morning after and these are

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The ticket price starts from 500 AED onwards (495 AED to be precise). Buy these tickets or look for dubizzle as someone might breakup this week and he / she ends up selling the tickets. Good luck!

 

Martin Garrix NYE Dubai: Could not get into David Guetta no worries – Dubai got you covered with this dutch guy who is an animal and make sure everyone goes wild @ Meydan. The ticket price starts from 350 AED but again you will not be able to purchase these online as they are sold out so look for dubizzle again, if no luck then spend some extra money and gift yourself a perfect NYE present by getting GA + Open bar 1st release  ticket which is 500 AED. They also have dinning option for 1800 AED in case you prefer hogging then dancing
