Hi Majid, Very difficult to find a model 3760T in Dubai market, i suggest try your luck in Bur Dubai (Computer Plaza) you might get there, close to 3760 T will be Nuvi 3790. The price is around 1600 AED. Try searching over souq.com you might get something at better price.

We went to Pluginns Festival City last Saturday, 26th Oct. We want to purchase Cellphone Samsung GS4 3GB @ AED 2,200+. The saleslady, Marry informed us that if we buy that model, we will be given a AED200 voucher. As we want to purchase via AlFuttaim Staff option, we requested her to fill out a form for us with the model and the price. She told us we need to return the form duly filled up immediately because she said she cannot guarantee the availability of the color should we chose one. Since it was Saturday, there was no HR offices that day so I told her we can return it to her only the following day once we get the signature of our HR. That Sunday, we went there to collect the unit before 5:30 pm (after office). Marry was off that day so we reminded the salesperson about the AED 200 voucher. WE we told that the voucher has expired!!!! We were not informed beforehand that there was an expiration of the voucher. It should be clearly mentioned by the staff incharge (Marry) to the customer of any validity in the voucher. We were surprised it has expired! Otherwise they should have not mentione at all that there is a gift voucher associated with the purchase of the said unit. At least the management should have dealt with it for the satisfaction of the customer considering Saturday is offday for HR of Al Futtaim. One day is not a big difference I believe so just in order to please PLuginns customers. My worry now is this. Maybe the staff is just telling it has expired but in reality they have kept the voucher for their own personal interest. I hope the admin thru the supervisor or the management can explain this to me better as they were not there to explain to complaining customers. May I hear from you please????
Please investigate whether the AED 200 voucher for buying a Samsung GS4 has already expired. I went there Saturday, submit the Al Futtaim staff loan form on Sunday & they told me voucher has expired!!! I had a feeling the staff got it for their self interest. Admin please explain.
The Samsung Staff (Marry) did not explain to us that the voucher is expiring anytime soon! When we collected the unit, we were told the voucher has expired! How will your customer react? Pluginns should have not at all offered that voucher then all of a sudden they will get it back after purchasing the unit. They should have at least mention validity of voucher till end of the month so that customers are aware and not fooled and short-changed!!! A bitter experience really, Pluginns. This is not the way to sell a product. Your strategy is a looser!

I give my IPHONE 4s for repairnig on 25/07/2014 and its repeat complaint.Stil this day i dont get my phone back and its still in extended warranty.The people are really ir responsible I call many timesbut no one answering and also called to callcenter of plug ins,but no use..the service is reaaly poor from plug ins.

I bought iPhone 5s from Plugins Mall of the Emirates Branch. Due to hardware faults, Apple support declared the phone for replacement.
Based on the same I asked Plugins to get my phone replaced, and I got to know that they are dealing with some unauthorized Apple Service Center, running somewhere in Diera, and they opened the phone and replaced the charging socket. With this action, apple valid warranty has been void.
When the phone was eligible for replacement, they sent it to private repairing center, and refusing to replace the phone as they didn’t find it eligible for replacement. After 4-5 days of hit arguments, they are saying that we are trying to get the phone replaced but there is no guarantee it will happen or not, if you wish you can collect your phone from here.
They have violated the law, rule and customer satisfaction. I would never ever suggest anyone to purchase anything from Plugins.
